Returns & Refunds
To ensure customer satisfaction all item(s) are checked before despatch.
Our return policy is within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, with a proof of purchase.
We strongly advise that all customers should check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags or disposing of any original packaging.
Refunds & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund or exchange your item(s), please contact us via email: order@loveminime.com , stating your order number, your name, your address and the reason for your return and whether you require a refund or exchange. We will reply within 24 hours advising you on the return procedures.
Item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt and must be in their original package and condition, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact, enclosing the delivery note as proof of purchase indicating reason for refund or exchange
Once your product(s) is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If requesting a full refund this will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your paypal account, within 10 working days.
If you are requesting for an exchange please make sure you fully complete the delivery note as instructed and the correct item(s) will be sent to you within 3 - 5 working days from the day we receive the returned item(s).
An email will be sent to you for confirmation.
Returned items within the 14 days of receipt, without a proof of purchase may only be exchanged for alternative item(s) at the current selling price.
If after the 14 days of receipt unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Any issue regarding this please email customerservices@loveminime.com
Love Mini Me reserve the right to refuse or accept returned items that we believe are not in their original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Item
If the item(s) is faulty, you must notify us via email: order@loveminime.com within 14 days of receipt, stating us your order number, your name, your address and explaining the fault, we do advise you to take a few pictures of the fault and whether you require a replacement or refund.
The faulty item must be in their original package, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.
Once we received the goods, we will examine the item(s) and notify you via email.
If the item is not faulty but has suffered from excessive wear and tear, misuse or malicious damage we will discuss this with you.
The Sale of Goods Act 1979 provides for the return of faulty item(s). Item(s) is deemed as faulty if it is received damaged or has a manufacturing fault that it is immediately evident, or occurs within 6 months of the item(s) being received.

Please note:
The item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us.
If required we will refund the price of the goods in full, if goods are returned within the 14 days of receipt along with proof of purchase. However the delivery cost originally paid on the order is non-refundable.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, under certain circumstances this maybe reimbursed please email: info@loveminime.com for more details.
